What I did-

-Added a wicked set of fangs

-Added vampire eyes and makeup

-Added blood dripping down the side of her mouth

-Added long, sharp fingernails

-Made her skin pale and added a blue tint

-Adjusted lighting and contrast

-Sharpened her jewelry

My changes are subtle but I find them to be effective. Hope you like it!
